She was at JC Penney and said their clearance prices are hard to beat at 50-70% off with final markdowns up to 80% off, PLUS you get an extra discount for using your JCP charge card. It’s almost like getting free clothing!
My tip is for you to get out there and hunt down the slub cardigans that are on clearance racks. They are still going strong in the fashion world, so stock up so you are in style this fall. If you aren’t sure what a slub cardigan is, don’t feel bad. Here’s a picture. I know you will recognize it.
